Driver Pay & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,386 ($72,072/year)
  • If running a 6^th day average weekly pay is $1,584
• Starting Mileage Pay: $0.66 per mile
• Detention Pay: $7.25 per 15 minutes after 2 hours
• Breakdown Pay: $29/hour after 2 hours
• Layover Pay: $150 per layover

• Routes: Over-the-road (OTR) 2 nights per week
• Thursday-Monday nights
• Weekend Work: Required depending on schedule
• Home Time: Typically home 2 nights per week
• Miles per Week: Approx. 2,118
  • If running a 6^th day, miles will average 2,400 per week
• Routes will operate as normal during most holiday weeks

• Opportunity to run a 6^th day for additional miles
• Occasional fill-in on the snack fleet or other routes when needed

• Delivery Area: Kentucky & Tennessee
• Route Description: Shuttle runs between customer plants/DCs in the London, KY and Crossville, TN
• Freight Type: Snack foods / raw baking materials
• Freight Handling: No-touch; drop and hook
• Equipment: Sleeper truck with 53 ft dry van
