You'll also receive a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,300 per week, with opportunities to earn more based on your routes and performance.

• Stop pay: $25 per stop (number of stops varies based on assignment)

• Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on
• Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
• Shifts and hours vary depending on assignment. Some assignments may be hourly, home-daily work, while others may be OTR positions that pay by miles and stops
• Driver will be assigned to various dedicated accounts in Northeast TN
• Driver may also be assigned to yard switcher assignments
• There may be times when driver is assigned to the local service center

• Class A CDL required
• Must apply for Hazmat endorsement within 30 days of hire and must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
• Must be willing to perform yard switching duties in a yard tractor
• Must complete forklift training
• Adaptability: Must be comfortable working with different types of freight and customers
• Flexibility: Occasionally assist with other Averitt operations to keep you on the road and working
