Enhanced Requirements Offer More Flexibility

Previously, OTR-specific experience was required to join our regional driving team. Now, candidates can qualify with the following updated experience and licensing requirements:

  • Hold a valid CDL-A license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have at least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past three years

Additional requirements apply—candidates are encouraged to review the full list during the application process.

This update opens the door for drivers with regional or local experience to step into a regional position, offering a smoother transition for those ready for new challenges and consistent miles. It’s a change rooted in confidence: confidence in the skills professional drivers bring to the road, and in the training and support we provide to help our new team members succeed from day one.

New Locations, New Opportunities

In addition to the updated experience requirements, we’ve expanded our regional hiring areas to include four new locations:

  • Lawrenceville, GA
  • Chattanooga, TN
  • Duncan, SC
  • Gadsden, AL
