We’re proud to announce that, for the eighth consecutive year, we’ve been recognized as a Military Friendly® Employer for 2026! In addition, we’ve earned the Military Spouse Friendly Employer designation, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to supporting military families. This year, we’re thrilled to have ranked #5 in our category.
This recognition comes from MilitaryFriendly.com, following an annual survey conducted by Viqtory—a military marketing company dedicated to connecting veterans with meaningful civilian career opportunities. The Military Friendly® Employer designation is awarded to organizations with a proven track record of hiring, supporting, and retaining veterans and military spouses, and we are honored to be among this select group.
Approximately 15% of our workforce is composed of military veterans, representing every branch of the Armed Forces. Over 50% of these veterans served in the Army, while 16.49% served in the Navy, 13.95% in the Marine Corps, 13.53% in the Air Force, 10.36% in the National Guard, and 1.69% in the Coast Guard.
Supporting military associates is more than recognition—it’s action. Our military leave program ensures that when associates are called to active duty or training, they don’t have to worry about financial strain. For up to 30 consecutive days, we compensate the difference between military pay and the base pay they would have earned on the job, allowing associates to focus on their service.
Military experience brings skills and discipline that translate seamlessly into careers with us. Associates who already hold a CDL-A from military service can join quickly, while those pursuing a CDL can take advantage of partnerships with approved driving schools for training. Veterans with driving experience may also qualify for a CDL waiver, skipping the skills test portion and transitioning into civilian driving roles with 1–3 weeks of tailored training.
Our commitment to military associates goes beyond hiring. There are countless opportunities for career growth, promotions from within, and long-term careers. The workforce is stronger when veterans are part of it, and we’re dedicated to providing a supportive environment where associates and their families can thrive.
If you are a veteran or military spouse seeking a career with an organization that values your service, we invite you to explore our career opportunities. There’s a place for you here.
Thank you to all our military associates for your service, and congratulations to everyone for helping achieve this milestone once again. Together, we continue to build a future that supports veterans and their families every step of the way.
